El Camino Real de los Tejas National Historic Trail Act - Amends the National Trails System Act to designate El Camino Real de los Tejas (the Trail) as a National Historic Trail. Authorizes the establishment of the Trail on portions of the National Historic Trail on: (1) publicly-owned lands; and (2) privately-owned lands only with the consent.

This publication is over the historical El Camino Real de los Tejas (royal road). The publication provides the some historical information of the road and locations along its route.

It provides maps showing the routes through Texas, pictures from sites, and period artwork. There is an index at the end of the publication with the contact information of all the states sites associated with the road. To amend the National Trails System Act to designate El Camino Real de los Tejas as a National Historic Trail.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ‘El Camino Real de los Tejas National Historic Trail Act of ’.
